- They must not harm the company’s reputation if publicly disclosed
2. Gifts, Entertainment & Payments (Received by Employees)
Employees must not accept any gifts or benefits for personal gain unless:
- They are minor and acceptable business courtesies (e.g., branded calendars, pens)
- They include occasional meals with vendors or clients within reason
- They do not involve cash, stocks, or other forms of direct monetary value
- Supervisors must not accept expensive gifts from subordinates
3. Conflict of Interest
All team members must avoid any activities that conflict with the company’s interests. If a potential conflict arises — such as owning shares in a related company or holding an outside position — it must be reported in writing to the management immediately.
4. Confidential Information
Confidential information must never be disclosed or misused. Any unauthorized sharing of sensitive company data will lead to strict disciplinary action.
5. Compliance
Violations of this code will result in appropriate disciplinary measures. If any team member becomes aware of misconduct or ethical breaches, they must report it to the management without delay.
6. Social Media Guidelines
Employees must maintain professionalism on social media. Any content shared online should reflect responsibility and respect. Do not share false, offensive, inflammatory, or confidential information. Personal opinions must not be presented as company views unless clearly stated with a disclaimer. Any violation should be reported to HR.
7. Plagiarism Policy

8. Fairness in Reporting
